Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
Shipping rates
- Free standard shipping on orders of $70 or more
- $8 flat rate on orders under $70
Processing and delivery times
Every SwiftNest product ships from a warehouse in the United States.
- Processing: most orders leave the warehouse within 1-3 business days. A few specialty items may take up to 7 business days.
- Delivery: 3-7 business days after your order ships.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays or severe weather.
Multiple packages
Our products come from several independent US makers and warehouses, so an order with more than one item may arrive in separate packages on different days. You never pay extra shipping for this.
Tracking your order
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking has not updated in 7 days, or your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, email us at muhammadsana10314@gmail.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.
Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away. Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the address.
